Technical Characteristics
There are antennas operating in C-band with linear or circular polarization and antennas opera ting in standard or extended Ku-band frequencies. The site provides visibility to a large section of the geostationary arc extending from the Atlantic to the Indian Ocean region and the numerous satellites in this arc are able to provide access practically to any point on the globe.
The satellite network is fully integrated with the national and international fiber networks of Cyta thus making it possible to provide customized managed hybrid solutions.

How long does it take to provision ?
Our Satellite Hosting or Teleport is based on Client requirements.
We do have the satellite downlink available from 30West to 105East KU Band and C beam.
Bandwidth upload up 10Gbps and Muliple IP address.
If you are a business in Cyprus or Malta with 3-5 Working days you can start your deployment.
Any special assistance for your teleporting needs to be coordinated with our 24/7 support team, which also specializes in VSat Services and IP Over Satellite.
Custom Channels and Live Broadcasting are also offered in a fixed fee though our Managed Services

Can i cancel my account ?
All our Email Hosting plans are offered with a Monthly commitment and are eligible to
free cancellation* at anytime, no questions asked.
Simply our clients are required to login to their myHostingB2B portal and submit the cancellation request for our hosting Billing Department to submit the cancellation in our Hosting Systems.
*The free cancellation does not apply on clients with quarterly billing cycle or annual commitment hosting agreements.
