  providing access thereto, are instructed to permit and assist the Authority in any checks which the
  Authority may deem fit to conduct.
• Shall maintain a live or real-time mirror server for essential regulatory data, and which shall be, at all times, made readily accessible to the Authority, including by means of physical
  access where applicable.
