Responsibilities

Assist with the onboarding of new partners and clients via LiveChat/email/phone.
Relationship management of new and existing partners for establishing loyalty.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and market trends.
Promotion of existing products
Acquisition of new partners/clients.
Educate clients about products via our company’s client portal – White label platform.
Cultivate and leverage customer testimonials, case studies, and success stories to build trust and credibility in the market.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and product adoption, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve KPIs and ROI targets.
Define target customer segments and create tailored marketing campaigns to address their unique pain points and preferences.
