Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Marketing & Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing engaging and impactful content for our social media platforms and marketing campaigns. Your primary goal will be to attract and engage the target audience, increase brand awareness, and drive user engagement and conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

Create compelling and high-quality content, including text, images, videos, infographics, and other multimedia formats, to be used across various social media platforms.
Utilize AI tools efficiently to enhance content creation processes, including content generation, data analysis, and performance optimization.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, social media algorithms, and digital marketing best practices to create relevant and engaging content.
Collaborate with team to develop content strategies that align with our goals, target audience, and brand identity.
Collaborate with the team to plan and execute content campaigns that align with our marketing objectives and timelines.
Track and analyze the performance of content across social media platforms using relevant analytics tools.
Constantly explore new tools, technologies, and creative approaches to enhance content creation processes, improve user engagement, and drive better results.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Digital Marketer, Social Media Executive or similar role.
Demonstrable portfolio showcasing previous content creation work across various social media platforms.
Familiarity with AI tools and platforms for content generation, data analysis, and performance optimization.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, their functionalities, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Greek.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good knowledge of digital marketing principles and strategies.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative content ideas.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
